We provide an open channel for users and rights holders to raise concerns. If you come across unlawful or harmful content, believe your lawful rights have been infringed, or disagree with how we have handled something, you can reach us through the channels and process set out on this page; we will review and respond within the timeframes stated below.

1. What We Accept

1. Content in the Product, or AI-generated content, that you believe is unlawful or harmful — including content endangering national security, obscenity or pornography, violence or terrorism, gambling or fraud, rumours, or insult and defamation.

2. Content in the Product that infringes your copyright, trademark, reputation, likeness, privacy or other lawful rights.

3. AI-generated content that has misled or harmed you.

4. Concerns that your personal information has been handled improperly, or requests to access, copy, correct or delete your personal information or withdraw consent.

5. A minor registering, using the Product or making purchases without their guardian's consent.

6. Objections to how an account, a piece of content, or a charge has been handled.

2. How to Report

To help us verify and act, please include where possible: your contact details; what exactly you are reporting (a screenshot, link, or description precise enough to locate it); the facts and your reasons; and the action you would like us to take. For rights infringement, please also attach preliminary evidence of ownership.

3. Process and Timeframes

1. We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.

2. We complete our review and report the outcome to the contact details you provided within 15 business days. Where a case is complex and needs longer, we will tell you the reason and the expected completion time in advance.

3. Where unlawful or harmful content is confirmed, we will immediately stop generating and transmitting it, remove it, retain the relevant records, and report to the competent authorities as required.

4. Where infringement is confirmed, we will delete, block or disable access to the content and notify the parties concerned.

5. We may decline to act on malicious or false reports and reserve the right to pursue the responsibilities arising from them.
